Program Creation

We create a live-action learning program with templates and tools that are used live to ensure embedment and integration occur. Pre-work is prepared using real data and information which allows teams to work with actual plans.

Action Workshop

On-line or Live workshops are run in cross functional teams by market or similar markets. As teams are working with actual plans, the outputs are actually used post the workshop thus reducing the workload thereafter. Teams love this as the work done is making their work after lighter and they get to practice with their actual plan vs theoretical plans.

Change management is key for capability to stick so we ensure to clearly define roles and responsibilities post the workshops, teach behaviors to stop and behaviors to adopt and reinforce them with follow up check ins.
